The School of Continuing Education at Nile University received, in an official meeting, the Regional English Language Office (RELO) team affiliated with the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, and the American Cultural Center (ACC) team in Cairo.

The visit aimed to explore ways and areas of cooperation between the School of Continuing Education at Nile University, the Regional English Language Office, and the American Cultural Center in Cairo. Through this collaboration, various types of training, educational, and qualifying courses are provided to faculty members and students at the university.

During the visit, the RELO and ACC teams visited the central library of Nile University, where they explored the available journals, research materials, and digital mechanisms utilized by the library. They also became acquainted with the library donated by Mr. Amr Moussa, a prominent politician and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Nile University.

The visitors also inspected the NilePreneurs Initiative, supported by the Central Bank of Egypt and the Egyptian banking sector, along with various partnerships with the government and private sectors.

The RELO and ACC teams also visited the F.A.C.T Center at the university, which is the first accredited and licensed center holding the quality certificate for training and industrial services in Africa from the global company FESTO.

Furthermore, the Regional English Language Office in Egypt (RELO), based at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, is one of twenty-five such offices worldwide, funded and coordinated by the U.S. Department of State, Office of English Language Programs, and the American Cultural Center (ACC). The ACC, located within the premises of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, serves as the main hub for raising awareness and communication for the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, providing daily programs and information to the Egyptian public.
